About Us

Stat Study Hub is a leading online resource for anyone looking to understand statistics through clear, step-by-step guides and practical examples. We’re here to make even the most complex topics simple by providing you with reliable tutorials and helpful calculators that transform learning into a hands-on experience.

Who Are We?

Stat Study Hub was founded by Joseph Mburu, a statistician who is passionate about making statistics easier for learners at all levels. I hold a degree in Applied Statistics with Computing and a Master’s degree in Data Analytics. For more than seven years, I have been tutoring statistics and supporting students and researchers with their data analysis projects.

Over the years, I’ve helped many clients with complex data analysis projects from various fields using statistical analysis tools like SPSS, Minitab, Stata, SAS, R, JMP, JAMOVI, AMOS, Python, Excel, and more. I have also tutored statistics and probability in various online platforms such as Course Hero, TeacherOn, and Upwork. Therefore, I created Stat Study Hub to share this knowledge in a simple and practical way. My goal is to offer clear explanations, step-by-step tutorials, and reliable calculators that students and professionals can trust.

What We Offer

Learning statistics can feel overwhelming, especially when the explanations are too technical or the examples don’t make sense. At Stat Study Hub, we make learning simple and practical. Our goal is to guide you step by step so you can understand statistics with confidence and apply it in real situations. Here is what we offer to support your learning journey:

1. Comprehensive Statistics Tutorials

Sometimes statistics feels confusing because the concepts are taught in a way that is hard to understand. Many learners get stuck because they cannot connect the theory to real-life examples.
That’s why we create clear, easy-to-follow tutorials that break down complex ideas into simple steps. Our lessons cover basic, intermediate, and advanced topics, all explained with real examples, visual aids, key formulas, and easy interpretations. You will also find practice problems to help you test what you have learned and build confidence.

2. Interactive Learning Tools & Calculators

It is easy to read a statistics formula, but much harder to apply it correctly, especially during assignments or data projects. Many students struggle to double-check their work or understand how calculations really work. To solve this, we offer interactive online calculators that let you practice and explore statistics hands-on. Our tools are accurate, simple to use, and designed to help you learn by doing—not just reading.

3. Guides for Statistical Software

Learning software like SPSS, R, Python, or Excel can be stressful when you don’t know where to start. Many learners find the interface confusing and the steps unclear, especially when analyzing real data. To make this easier, we provide step-by-step software guides that show you exactly what to click, what to choose, and how to interpret the results. Whether you’re using SPSS, R, Python, Excel, SAS, or Stata, our tutorials walk you through real data examples so you can understand the process without feeling lost.
